Repairs are all performed on site by experienced technicians trained in the latest developments in watch manufacturing and repair. Whether it’s a part replacement, movement repair, crystal sizing and cutting; we handle it for all makes and models. The vast majority of repairs are performed within a few days of payment, but on occasion parts may need it be ordered.

Shaver and Time World has been an authorized factory warranty service center for over 40 years; handling warranty repairs for over 20 well known consumer product lines. Consequently, our technicians are trained in the latest developments in manufacturing and repair. Our facility is equipped with all state of the art equipment. We have a dedicated staff whose average time of employment exceeds 15 years and pride ourselves with the high level of service. From the moment your watch arrives, it receives the greatest possible care. We continue the tradition of the old Swiss watchmakers that achieved fame by the quality of their products and the craftsmanship they exhibited. Each watch is unique and we treat them as such.

Sending your Watch:

1. Fill-out, and Print Conformation Email  and include it with your watch when you send it in. Please fill out Payment information with printed form this is required for Pre-Authorized Repairs and could delay your repair.

2. Pack your watch securely in padded wrapping materials and sturdy box sealed with tape. Please do not use the gift box for shipping, as we cannot guarantee its safe return.

3. Ship via registered and insured mail. Remember to insure the watch for its full replacement value.
